Merry Mayhem List

In my local area we have a tournament coming up where some of the proceeds go to charity for the holidays and I have decided to shake up my usual Flying Circus list I have been bringing to tournaments.  I am going to go with a Belial Bomb, but I have 2 options to go with.



The First would be a more traditional list.
Belial
Librarian-Mastery level 2, Infravisor
10 Terminators-2 Assault Cannons
5 Terminators-Assault Cannon
5 Terminators-Assault Cannon
5 Tactical Marines-Missile Launcher(Flakk)
5 Devastator Marines-4 Lascannons
Predator-Twinlinked Lascannon, Lascannon Sponsons
Imperial Bastion-Icarus Lascannon
1750 Total
Tac Squad sits in the Bastion using the Heavy Bolters and Lobbing Missiles from the Fire Point, and assuming the Bastion Survives hop out at the last minute to score an objective.  Devastators Are on Top with the Libby for prescience, and another Divination Power(Ideally Perfect Timing but Divination is fairly strong that any second power can be useable

The other list while less well rounded is more aggressive and more antixenos/chaos
Belial
10 Terminators-2 Assault Cannons
5 Scouts-Sniper Rifle, Camo Cloaks
Imperial Bastion-Icarus Lascannon
Mordrak
   5 Ghost Knights-4 Halberds, 1 Hammer
5 Terminators-4 Halberds, 1 Hammer with Psycannon
Dreadknight-Heavy Psycannon, Greatsword, Personal Teleporter

        This allows more flexibility in the Deployment of the Bastion, against a lot of cover ignoring weapons the Scouts can outflank and the Terminators deploy up to man the Icarus and if they need to claim an Objective they can jump down and the Invulnerable save should keep someone alive to score.  Against an army with so many ignore cover weapons the bastion can be deployed anywhere on my table half and the Scouts can infiltrate up top to man the Guns.  Which Grand Strategy I would employ largely depends on the mission, in a Big Guns(scoring Heavies) and Kill points I would go Scouts, any other mission I probably would go scoring because the 30 inch shunt can function as well as a scout move. for getting pressure in the Enemy's face turn 1.  Without the Twinlinked Lascannons AntiAir is a bit weaker so the reliance is to either hit MCs before they get airborne or just eliminate the guys on the ground and ignore flyers.

So which list would you guys prefer

  2. Any idea of these are scoring painting at the event? Rules are pretty vague...

  3. I believe there will be a Paint score(like usual for Last Square Events) but it is not mandatory
