Librarians obsolete now?

With Codex Inquisition out allowing Imperials Access to cheap Psykers with Divination what use is there for Librarians any more?  Codex Marines get the biggest boost because now Imperial Fists(benefit the most) can get access to Prescience(and the rest of Divination) for their Devastators.  Ignores Cover on Tank Hunting Lascannons?  Not as reliable as one would hope, but Prescience on Tank Hunting Lascannons is scary enough

   I managed to get a game in tonight against an IG player who is very good and routinely places in the Top 5 at the local store.

In my local area we have a tournament coming up where some of the proceeds go to charity for the holidays and I have decided to shake up my usual Flying Circus list I have been bringing to tournaments.  I am going to go with a Belial Bomb, but I have 2 options to go with.

1200 pt Escalation League Batrep Daemons Vs Tau (No Pics)

Tonight as Part of a Good Bad and Ugly league (Factions are Imperials, Chaos, Xenos basically), I used my Daemons and Faced off against Tau.

Making Dark Eldar Work in 6th Edition

      My first army was Dark Eldar, in 5th Edition using their 2nd Edition Book. I have start playing some other armies since, but I still have a soft spot for the things that live in the night. Unfortunately 6th edition severely hurt Dark Eldar, no psykers, paper thin, expensive transports, Overwatch, and of course the prevalence of medium-high strength weapons, and of course GW's desire to pass out cover saves like booze at a frat party and the pass out cover ignoring weapons like cops passing out underage drinking tickets at said frat party.

After taking break, I decided to start posting again, I have been busy with school, World of Warcraft, X-Wing, and of course 40k. More to come soon.
